Paul Sebastian
Paul Ayala is a Fort Lauderdale-based architectural photographer and the founder of Paul Sebastian Media, specializing in luxury real estate, residential interiors, hospitality, commercial properties, drone imagery, Matterport scans, and high-end visual content across South Florida.
Born and raised in Miami, Paul brings over a decade of experience documenting the region's architecture, atmosphere, and character, from waterfront residences and high-rise developments to boutique hotels, apartment communities, commercial spaces, and branded hospitality environments.
His background in architectural studies shaped his understanding of structure, light, composition, and spatial storytelling. Today, his work serves developers, brokers, hotels, designers, property managers, and brands across Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach, and the greater South Florida market.
